With over 15 years of experience as a children and youth advocate and a community educator, Tracy Plamann has been promoted to Manager, Community Education & Prevention where she will expand her role to oversee the education of youth and teens in our schools.

Kabao Vang, having served as office manager for over eight years, has been promoted to Sr. Manager, Administration where she oversees operations, finances and IT.

“Harbor House fulfills vitally important community roles in serving victims of domestic violence, both in and out of our shelter program, as well as in educating the community and partners on the many impacts of domestic violence. I am proud of each and every one of the members of our leadership team and look forward to their continued work to create a community free of domestic violence,” said Amber Schroeder, executive director.

In 2021, as we continue to serve victims of domestic violence, we also look to pursue expansion of our prevention services both for victims and offenders, discovering areas of greatest need of change within our legal systems in Outagamie and Calumet County, and growing the outreach program to further educate our community on domestic abuse and the services available at Harbor House.
